Living in SE Florida and leaving from Fort Lauderdale port is always so easy. Not just driving down and parking in their secure parking garages, but embarkation and debarkation also seems easier for us. We are retired and my husband is disabled, so we look for anything that would make it easier for us. Celebrity has it done right, although since 9/11, things aren't as leisurely as before. They do get you on board quickly, and receiving the glass of champagne or Mimosa, is also a nice touch.

Service on board is always so wonderful, they make us feel special even with all they have to do each day and evening. We had to use guest relations once this cruise, a problem with a neighbor, and they handled it perfectly. I always feel secure with whoever is taking care, whether it be our wonderful stateroom attendants, who are always there to please, as is the great waiters and assistants in the dining rooms, buffet, bars, lounges and theater. What amazes us is they always remember what we like and how we order drinks, food etc. We had the BEST waiter and assistant this cruise, Nickolus and Mustafo. Nickolus is going to be a Maitre D' soon, we are sure of it! After 26 cruises he was our best ever and that is saying a lot.

We have done this cruise before 2 years ago on Summit, which was one of our favorite ships of Celebrity, now we are adding Constellation to that list. Our ports were Grand Cayman, which is tendering, we have been there so much didn't even get off the ship, but enjoyed the wonderful Thelasotherapy pool and the fun trivia games etc that they plan for people who don't go onto the island. Aruba, Costa Rica, Panama and Cozumel were the other ports of call, we didn't tour, as we have done in the past, just going ashore and enjoying the walk around the towns or out door markets they have. Many took the ships tours of Panama canal and loved it, also zip line seems to be very popular among the younger people in Costa Rica. Cozumel is slowly coming back and even nicer than before the terrible hurricane that wiped them out so badly.
