Overall we had a great time on this cruise. The weather was horrible and Grand Cayman port was cancelled. Firstly, embarkation was horrible. We arrived at 11:00 am and did not board the ship until 1:20 pm. Apparently their picture taking machine was broken and they would not let anyone on the ship. They made us all line up and stand for 1.5 hours until they decided to let everyone board. We all eventually got on the ship. It was kind crazy and upsetting. Our cabin was nice in the aft on the deck 7 near the library. We had a balcony. The ship is beautiful with nice art work. The ship shape fitness was great. The cardio machines always available and plenty of towels. The food was pretty good. Some things I liked some items I did not like. The windjammer buffet was pretty good most of the time.

Our shore excursion in grand cayman was cancelled so I cannot comment on shore excursions. Cozumel port was ok, very windy and cold and not that much to see. Montego Bay was rainy but shopping was nice. Labadee was very nice finally nice weather. Lunch served was excellent.

This ship is very very big almost too big. Some of the passengers were quite pushy and rude. There was one particular man who was saving seats prior to all theatre shows including the ice show. He claimed he had a large family. Apparently you cannot save seats in the theatre and this guy was saving an entire row at every show. We found this quite annoying.
