Additional details

Sail Date: Nov 2006

This is one of the six largest ships currently in the RCCL fleet, carrying over 3,000 passengers and 1,200 crew. Some of my comments are reflective of the ship's size but not all.

Check In:

This is an area that can be improved. Even with electronic check-in available, it took over forty-five minutes to complete the process. This is just not acceptable. Many of the passengers were elderly and this was a very long time for them to stand in a line. As mentioned above, if we would have checked-in earlier, the problem may not have been so severe.
