Sail Date: Nov 2013
Traveled with children

We are family of four (both in 40s and kids 5 & 12). Previously sailed on RCL (Allure), Carnival (Legend, Miracle, Triumph, Pride), Cunard (Queen Mary 2), Holland America ( Noordam), NCL (Gem - 1 night twice). Usually sail same week but from FL. Never sailed with such a crowded ship + so many kids. But I knew that is going to be "Jersey week”. We pre-paid daily service charges and there was no problem with that. Customer service was OK for me most of the time. Liked our cabin guy Fermin ( gave him extra cash on the first day) and everything we needed got right away during the cruise.
