Some observations after our transatlantic cruise on the Norwegian Epic, (13 days!):

We had read the voluminous "rules and regulations” from Norwegian and knew we would be paying a $15 corkage fee for any wine we brought aboard and that our bags would be X-rayed for this. That is fine and we each had a bottle in our luggage. After being separated from our luggage at embarkation, they proceeded to X-ray it and took the bottles out to be picked up later, (and paid for with the corkage fee). We felt this was kind of an "invasion of privacy” and should somehow be handled better by Norwegian- maybe ask you to "declare” what you are bringing in your luggage beforehand, so they don’t have to go through it but still X-ray it.

Manhattan Band on board the Epic was great- enjoyed listening and dancing to them through the entire cruise.

Cabin Review

Cabin worked out fine, but a little narrow. Plenty of storage space.
