This is our 7th cruise, 3rd on Norwegian. Took Epic because price was good and newer ship. Embarkation was slow, long lines. Went to Manhattan Dining Room Saturday for lobster tail and steak. Good, but then downhill from there. Garden Cafe was the buffet. Seemed to serve same food everyday - Breakfast - omelettes good, scrambled eggs not cooked and runny; lunch - hamburgs, hot dogs, greasy pizza, and also had tuna fish sandwiches which were not bad. Had to ask tables to be cleared off. Food was cold, stuck to pan, and not completely cooked. Some staff not friendly. Supervisors reprimanded staff members in front of passengers which was totally wrong. Told supervisor no coffee cups - brought out 5. Floors and decks extremely wet.

Sailing was good Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Leaving St. Thomas the ship started rocking a lot. Have been in waves that were much worse. Rocking on this ship was terrible. Seemed like stabilizes were not out. We went up and down and rolled from side to side in bed. Thought we were going to fall out. Staff did not seem attentive to you.

We had a handicapped cabin which was larger than the mini suite our friends had. Our cabin was very nice. In our friends' cabin, they could not pass each other because there wasn't much space betwen the bed and the wall. The toilet is like a toilet that is in a camper. They had to back into it to sit on the toilet. Our cabin steward Joshue was very nice and very attentive. Beware if you get a balcony - when you look down all you see are the lifeboats because they stick out the side. Saw some people earlier in the week; saw some of the same people on Thursday and a couple of them had their arms in slings. Some people were getting seasick. Again, the waves did not seem that bad to cause all of this rocking. Will never sail NCL again.

Cabin Review

We had a handicapped cabin with a walk-in shower because I have mobility issues. Our cabin was very nice but our friends was not. For paying for a mini suite, their cabin was small.
