Just returned from our first cruise with Norwegian on the Spirit. We decided to give NCL a try due to their Freestyle concept. We had cruised with Royal Caribbean earlier this year and that was our first cruise.

We found the NCL product to be more to our liking's as we didn't like traditional dining. The dress code is more relaxed and we liked the food better. Especially the buffet food. Service was quick in all of the restaurants we dined at. We ate in both of the Dining rooms and also Cagney's, Le Bistro and La Trattoria and we never had a bad meal and service was always good.

We had a problem with noise in our stateroom when the ship was in movement. We complained to reception and they gave us earplugs. The next day we got a complimentary bottle of wine and treats.
