My family of six just returned from our week long cruise to Roatan, Belize, and Cozumel and we had a great time.

Background: This is our third family cruise, and we had two adjoining rooms on the 9th floor balcony. Three adults, and children ages 16, 11, and 8. We bought Faster to the Fun and will do it again.

Hotel Info: We stayed at the Springhill Suites in Webster, TX, and would HIGHLY recommend the hotel to someone who wants an inexpensive but clean place to stay before embarking. The room had plenty of space, and was very open and comfortable. This is the cleanest hotel in Webster we have stayed in prior to our cruises.

Cabin Review

The room was clean, bright, and comfortable. The room seemed smaller than expected, but still adequate for three people in a room. The clothesline in the bathroom was too short to reach across the shower (which seemed odd) but the rest of the room was in working condition. We had an adjoining room (doors opened on each side) and were pleasantly surprised to learn that we COULD open a portion of our balcony divider. (We mistakenly thought this was not an option due to the connecting rooms.) At night, we heard tables being moved above us, as the space just above us was part of the outdoor Tides area. This was not a problem but contributed to a little noise. We could not hear the ship announcements in the room, but maybe this is normal.
