Did a seven day trip out of New Orleans back in 2011. Embarkation was slow, but the staff did their best to get everyone processed and on board. Finding our stateroom was easy, but waiting for the elevator with hordes of other cruisers was awful.

Overall, the design of the ship was fine, but the saltwater pools were FREEZING COLD! Our stateroom was inside, but cozy and the bed was comfortable. Our steward kept the room spotless and we came back to pillow chocolates every night! My wife and I loved the food, but we're fairly simple eaters. Everything we ordered in the main dining room was fantastic! The only negative thing was the line up at the breakfast and lunch buffet. We've been on other cruise lines and the line ups never seemed to be that long. Most of the main shows were o.k......nothing too memorable. Tried to get into the comedy club but it was packed full.

We only went ashore on one day, and had a great time at the Atlantis Resort. The other ports in Mexico seemed seedy and run down. Would recommend the Triumph to anyone!
