we cruise carnival every year because we love it. this was the most disappointing cruise that we have taken by far. The staff was very stand-offish, not friendly as we are accustomed to, one instance was we were standing in the very long line waiting to eat and another traveler slipped down on the very slick floors. and two crew members standing there never offered to help her up, or ask if she was ok after other passengers helped her up. Shocking because this is not typical of Carnival.

we always book suites and this suite said obstructed view. what should have been said is that if you look out the window, you are face to face with passengers so we had to keep the curtains closed the whole time. If you stepped out on the balcony, the captains crew looked up your sundress. obstructed? and these suites are not at bargain prices!

the shows consisted mainly of game shows not the shows we expected. The big screen theater outside was awesome, the serenity deck and the golf, was excellent. so, we have decided to take another cruise again this year in November because this one was so disappointing for all 4 of our family members. it will just not have obstructed view and will not be on the Magic! This may seem negative to others but this was such a big disappointment for us.
