Food: Buffet ok, waiters and chefs happy to help food quality better than we expected although catered directly to old Americans (we're Australian) with lots of sugar on things that really dont need sugar like bread and fried food. Not everyone likes dirty percolated coffee.
Service: Speciality Restautants were fabulous, we pre-booked/pre-paid for dinner one night and the staff were really great when we changed this I thought we would forfeit our $25 per head.
Chefs Table (-additional $90 per person) was amazing and meeting head cruise chef was great.
