We boarded the ship in Venice. Beautiful ship. Our first Seabourn cruise. We got the 'guaranty' verandah cabin and ended up next to the elevators, stairwell, which turned out to be no big deal. Very quiet!

The cabin stewardess introduced herself and then we never saw her again. Evidently she became ill and had to leave the ship. Our only complaint of housekeeping was that we never had our bed linens changed during the entire week.

The service was amazing. Caviar and champagne delivered to our suite every afternoon at no charge. This was my 40th cruise and I have to say it was the best in terms of service and culinary.
