The Fabulous Dining Staff!
Destination: Western Caribbean
Embarkation: Port Canaveral (Orlando)
The second group that rocked More was our Waitress staff ' Yves (Team Head Waitress), Yasa & Ida Bagus. Yves did such a great job running her area, but also taking the time to get to know us better ' and she rocked her red wig!
All the staff were so professional, always greeting us with a warm smile, a friendly hello and willingness to make our experience unforgettable. I hope Carnival realizes that without people like this, we wouldn't keep coming back.
Happy, can't wait to go again Cruiser! Less
Cabin review: 9C7454 Premium Vista Balcony
We were on deck 7 in one of the wrap-around cabins in the back of the ship. The balcony was huge - fit two loungers, two regular chairs & a table. Since this was a corner cabin, there was lots of cabin space (compared to the non-corner ones). The bathroom actually had a vanity, so you had counter space & more storage. Would get this type of room again!Read All Premium Vista Balcony (9C) Reviews >>
Port and Shore Excursions
We took the boat to the shore & looked around in the shops. Bought a few touristy things then headed back.
The shops were full of items unique to the territory & the tourist stuff. The best one was a Tequila shop - bought some really good Tequila! They let us sample whatever we wanted and worked with our taste & price range.
The staff on the boat was fun & friendly - played great music! The island staff was also very professional & courteous - would definitely do again. Leo and Alex were the best!!
All this is new, from what I understand of others that have been to Roatan. The magic carpet to the beach was great - gave you an excellent view of the lush land & beautiful water. The beach was a little packed, but it's not a huge piece of land. Overall very enjoyable port of call.
Lots of winners and few losers...
