This was our first cruise with Uniworld  our expectations due to the purchase price of the cruise was very high..our experience was however very disappointing.the disclaimer Uniworld uses in describing the Russian cruise verses their other all Uniworld cruises is ridiculously inappropriate.

The boat was nice but looked nothing like the boats on the Uniworld website.the food was good for the most part but far below the quality we expected.many of the passengers became ill with food poisoning to the extent the buffet was converted to a serving line which was backed up on a continual basis..the service however was very good to excellent.

It was like being on two cruise ships at once..everything the Russian crew did was very good.everything the Uniworld guides did was second rate at best..let me give you several examples. Read more
