We just completed a round trip from NY to Norway. What a surprise I had regarding the quality of food and service as well as the condition of the ship.

The dress code was not enforced. We had people in the Britainia wearing short shorts, spaghettie string tops, blue jeans etc. People were in the buffet are wearing bath robes. The elegance of the ship is almost gone.

In many instances the servers were rude and sarcastic. In one instance a server lied to the hotel manager regarding frineds of mine to cover his butt. The dispute had to be handled by the Commodore. Read more
