We arrived in Florida the day before we left on the cruise and stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Cocoa Beach. It was nice & just what we were looking for. We were able to leave our car there while on our cruise (no extra charge) & free shuttle service to the cruise port in the morning along with a complimentary breakfast & it was right across from the beach! Nothing fancy about this place, but it was very clean & neat & served the purpose. Would highly recommend it. We arrived on the ship early & pretty much had our day planned out as to what we were going to do once we were on board, but they had changed our room, so our key card didn't work. We were back & forth to guest services most of the rest of the day trying to get in our room & we didn't get our luggage until 8:00 pm! Once they finally got it taken care of, we were able to enjoy our cruise!

Room #2454: Our room was nice & we didn't feel cramped at all. We weren't in the room much, so it was fine for us. We didn't have to deal with any noise above or below us or in the halls, but we did have a bit of a walk to get everywhere, but not complaining about that, it was nice to be able to see the ship & walk off all those calories! Great location if you like it VERY quiet! The staff were always very friendly & by the second day were saying hi to us by name! Our room steward was very quick & always had our room nice & tidy when we returned & had everything we needed at all times.

Food: No complaints really except we did try the dining room for breakfast the first morning & we didn't like it. We got there at 8:00 & it was fairly empty, but they sat us at a crowded table with 8 other people! My husband ordered french toast & they gave him 1 piece of bread cut in half! I guess you have to order everything off the menu to get a decent meal! After that we just went to the buffet & got breakfast every morning & were much happier! The free pizza was just ok so I only had it once. We did take advantage of the free frozen yogurt every day & loved it. The burrito bar was wonderful! My grilled chicken & shrimp burrito was loaded & was my favorite for lunch. We found that the juice in the machines were very stout & needed way more water than what they add to the concentrate. We had anytime dining & loved the little shows that the waiters put on each night in the Crimson dining room. Very entertaining! The waiter's were very friendly & caring. We had to have a shrimp cocktail every night & the warm chocolate melting cake (very good!). The fresh bread every night was also very good.

Cabin Review

We stayed in room 2454 & had a bit of a walk to get to most places, but we are in good shape & after all the food we ate, didn't mind the walk! VERY quiet. Never had to deal with any noise above us or below us or even noise outside the cabin in the halls. We weren't in the cabin much so this interior cabin was perfect, we didn't feel crowded or claustrophobic at all. I would recommend this room.
