Our family group of 13 sailed out of NYC on June 30. Ages ranged from 19-89.Veteran cruisers to virgin cruisers.All in agreement-first and last NCL cruise. Still reeling after three weeks back. How could we have paid so much and been so dissatisfied? We certainly did not expect perfection but we expected a relaxing cruise. First the pros

11294-Very small balcony room. One outlet, tv did not work for two days finally fixed. Plugged in my hairdryer from home-kaput. Had to call to get fixed. Bathroom adequate. My Mom had a family oceanview room on deck 5. Believe it or not much nicer room.
