Last year, my husband and I took this same itinerary in July. We LOVED it so much, all due to the staff, that we took the cruise again, but this time invited my son, and his fiancée (proposed the day before we left). We ALL had the time of our lives, and by far and away, Liberty of the Seas is the BEST of RCCL due to the STAFF! Bhushan, the Maitre'D and head of the Windjammer and Portofino absolutely is our favorite. He goes out of his way to make sure we are taken care of and happy, and my son and his fiancée are hoping that when they call RCCL Royal weddings when they get home, that they will be able to have their wedding on the April 17th sailing from Fort Lauderdale and we would host the rehearsal dinner in Portofino.

The casino staff, from Remus, Alisa, Duane, Ludwig, Karen and Donny were absolutely fun and entertaining. Joaquim and Dennis and Danilo took care of us at the 6:30 dining time in the main dining room and could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. Ivan, the bar attendant for the main dining room, was SUPERB and is intelligent, caring and professional!!! Shemark and Dennis were our cabin attendants and they were top notch. The front desk folks, led by Valentina, were always pleasant and strove to resolve all issues to the best of their abilities: Patrick, Julietti, Camila, and Letitica were the ones we dealt with and all perfect. Renato and the other woman (name unknown) who helped us to book our next cruise on the Celebrity Reflection for July 2014 could not have been more helpful and informative.

Our rooms were clean and well maintained...food absolutely terrific and we ate in the dining room all 7 nights, my son and fiancée ate in Chops and had a wonderful meal, too. Windjammer staff was really nice, smiling all the time, Egg Harbor attendees and folks manning the water/ice stations were so pleasant and never a frown or look of boredom...they truly made us feel welcome.
