Previously cruised with RCI and MSC, RCI was superb , delivered in every department, food , entertainment, style etc, MSC,Fantasia fantastic ship, food not to standard. Low price but only food let it down, so went up market to Celebrity Reflection 10 day med cruise. Sold as flagship , step above RCI, booked, and looked forward to exciting, entertaining cruise with 2 other couples. What a let down, ship lacked the pizzaz of the MSC Fantasia, and the traditional grandeur of the Independance of the seas. Bland modern decor but lacked something to give it that wow factor, entertainment well below standard, one accapella group and a pop group that appeared everywhere, shows in theatre only had 2 acts in each show, again of low standard. Ventriloquist was good. Sin city comedy club which was on every 2 days, 5 times approx each cruise but with a comedian who repeated his act word for word 5 times in the cruise, he was funny, but not for a second, third, fourth time etc. We had to keep moving around the ship every 45 minutes to try and find some form of entertainment, but why , we are the customers so why wasn't there enough entertainment, and of a high standard. No night club, only a library, with very few users, a hideaway, where I think most people hid away in, and most restaurants where you had to pay a 80 dollar premium per couple to eat there but we're always predominantly empty. Do Celebrity think people want to pay on top to eat just to be seen as the chosen ones? Why not up the price and include all restaurants? Or get rid , keep some and provide more entertainment. Also quizzes, competitions etc with the amazing prizes of a celebrity pen or luggage tag.........need I say more, cabanas on the grassed area for 150 dollars a day, again predominantly empty........drink expensive, plus extra 15 % added to bill. A cruise that is being sold to people as a cut above for celebrities but totally missing the plot, we don't want ipad courses, pathetic markets every night trying to sell you overpriced souvenirs, and low rate shows and the same entertainment every night, or a comedian doing the same show word for word for 5 nights out of 10. Are Americans so naive that they think this is what you should get for your money? No , you are the customer so please celebrity start talking and listening to your customer and even though the clients are mostly over 50 they are not past it and won't accept any rubbish.

6 very disapointed customers who will not be returning to Celebrity or recommending to friends as did not get what the brochure said, very disappointing!
