What I am going to disscribe in my following comments was sent on to the President of Oceania Lines in an attempt to get a refund for what was a disaster on board the ship which included all phases of food, service, and advertised features of the ship.

To begin with we were delayed one day in port to pickup delayed passangers who were straned on the East coast due to a hurricane...So we missed a port and the ship steamed nowhere.
