As a frequent cruiser with Carnival, I have found myself deeply disappointed with the Carnival Fascination. Many of the staff were extremely rude and incompetent. The air conditioner in our stateroom barely worked, and after repeated complaints to our cabin steward and guest services, a maintenance crew was sent up, but did not fix the problem. So the time spent in our stateroom was extremely uncomfortable.

Bar service on the Lido deck was extremely slow... It would take at least 30 minutes to receive your drinks after ordering. Trying to find a bartender while on the lido deck was almost impossible. Understaffed or just slow? The public bathrooms had a nasty odor that you could smell across the corridor. On the plus side, the entertainment on board was fantastic! The singers were excellent and the shows were pretty good. Stay away from Tim Young's comedy show though... Even though it is for people 18+, he made some very inappropriate racial slurs and crude comments about same sex couples.
