Embarkation was a joke. We were made to wait unti all groups were checked in. This could have taken care of either the night before at the Hotel everyone was staying at or in another room. Lines were huge. Almost missed the tour of Graceland because of this. No way to start a cruise!!!!! After a tour of Graceland we were taken directly to the boat. After showing a boat card we went directly to our cabin. The cabin was not ready for us!!!! We had one set of towels one robe and one set of slippers. Fround the cabin attendent. Asked what the problem was. She got defensive and that her helper did the room. Wrong answer!!!!!!! We never saw the attendent the whole cruise!!!!!! Had a flooded bathroom that took 6hrs to fix. Workers left the dirty rags on the floor.

Food was ok. Not the five star quality I had hoped for but not too bad. Everything came hot. Entertainment was ok. A hawaiian show one of the highlights of the cruise was just two men playing music and three hulu girls. Not a highpoint. The Shore Excursions were Excellent!!!!! AQ has local people for shore guides and they really are very good. Disembarkation was very smooth and very well organized. Stilling waiting to hear from AQ. It's been almost a month. Not good customer service!!!!!!!

Cabin Review

Cabin BB

Our cabin had it's own private veranda. the veranda was a little small but very useable. The drawback to this room is that it is right above the engine room. This room is very noisy when the engines are running. This is not the room for a good night's sleep!!!!!!
