we have done cruising three times in the past, but never tried princess, so we though it was a good idea to try the preview cruise of royal princess. what a waste of money...

positives:
this is a very new ship and we loved it. very spacious, rooms are of good size, big flat screen TV with lots of movies and many more.. overall i am impressed with the ship.. food was really good.

negatives:
check in was a mess.. had to wait for more than 3 hours to board the ship. we reserved a double room balcony and when arrived, it was two single beds... check-in in desk has no records of us and asked us to re register inside ship reception, despite us holding e-ticked issued by princess... knowledge of staff members seems very poor and often i knew more than them... they are need professional training and a good English class...

on top of this we were double charged and we asked reception to remove it, which they did. customer services is VERY VERY poor... i received better service in budget airline than this...

we were thinking about booking our next 14 night cruise with princess before, but after this experience, we are glad we did the mini cruise as now we know we need to star away from this trash...

i would not even put my dog with this company again... clearly they are in the wrong business...
