We had cabin E214, stateroom 7214, and it was quiet, the only issue being the shower mixer had no cold water on the first try.My daughter and her husband had cabin 7172 and cabin 7174 and found they were across from the crew elevator. Carts ran across a metal threshold day and night, making quite a racket. We found the dining selections and food to be just OK, though there were some great desserts offerred. Crew was friendly and efficient though not always perfect in the dining service. After so many cruises I can still not understand why it is so difficult to get a cocktail at dinner. Perhaps less time should be spent offering trays of colored shots and more on being available when the customer wants a drink at the beginning of his meal? Just sayin'.The casino staff was delightful and professional even when under fire by some inebriated passengers. Craps dealers were quite competent. We went on our own to the Sheraton and paid $30/adult for a day pass. Facilities and staff were great there. My grandchildren were happy with Camp Carnival in general. Though our precocious five-year old should have been moved up to the next age group. Though requested persistently, the staff refused to do this.I thought the musical groups and the piano bar entertainer were very good. We did not go to the showroom. All in all I can recommend this short cruise. Carnival has a good product.

Room was quiet. We had an issue with the mixer in the shower not working and had hot water only. It was fixed pronto. No other issues.
