Cabin: Deluxe Stateroom with French Balcony

Everything about this river cruise was first rate. Booked air travel and transfers through Viking. All flights from Phoenix to Munich were on time with no delays both coming and going. We were greeted in the Munich ariport by a Viking Representative and transferred by a Viking bus to the ship in Passau. The ship was beautiful and clean. Our second level cabin with a French balcony was very accomodating. Recommed the french balcony as the first level is below water level and the window if rather high to see out.

The breakfast and lunch buffets were great and the evening meal was excellent all nights. Each day there was a guided tour of the city we were visiting each day. We also had time to do things on our own in the afternoons. The highlight of the river cruise was coming into Budapest at 10pm. All of the bridges, monuments and government buildings were all lighted up and very spectacular. We stayed in Budapest two extra days and also booked this though Viking. We stayed at a 5 star hotel that was just beautiful. I highly recommend this cruise and will definately book another Viking River cruise again.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Stateroom with French Balcony

Cabin B

This cabin was on the same level as the dining room and mail lobby which was convenient. It was located in the mid section so there was no noise at all. The French Balcony was great as we could open the windows as we cruised along the river. There was adequte stoage for our clothes and the bed was high enough for us to store our luggage underneath. The room had a safe to store our valuables etc.
