This being our first cruise we have nothing to compare it to but we were not disappointed. We arrived at the terminal around 1100am, apart form the traffic we walked straight through no lines and on completing our health check card we were processed in an ordinarily manner. From time of arrival to embarking the ship took just over 1 hour. Our mini suite cabin was clean & comfortable but did look a little tied. During the cruise we had a small issue with the toilet flushing mechanism which was repaired promptly. We chose traditional dining and was not disappointed . There was a great selection to choose from which changed every evening. Our dining guests were great and we were well matched and we had a fantastic table steward. Unfortunately for the first two days at sea the weather was rough which ment we missed our port at Juno. Although we were lucky to cruise endicot arms instead, here we saw glaciers, brown bears and whales. The captain kept us informed and the passengers safety was his main focus. We enjoyed out ports of call althought I felt we could have spent more time in Victoria Britsh Columbia - this shore excursion seemed rushed. There was a good variety of entertainment. We took the opportunity to take in at least three shows every evening. Our only complaint is related to the food in the Horzon court, at times it was tasteless and cold - there is room for improvement here. All the staff were courteous and helpful and we would defiantly cruise with Princess again.
