This is our 12th cruise and this cruise was exactly what Carnival's brand delivers. Fun, decent food, a festive atmosphere, and a GREAT Value. As ususal Carnival sets out ot ensure we have a good time and the staff made sure of that. The cabin steward and dining room staff were their usual efficient, friendly and helpful selves. The shows were excellent and I highly recommend the dancing in the streets show, the Dream is the only ship to offer this show and you should see it. We liked it so much we saw it the second show too. I like the new layout of the ship with the extra deck and the wrap around promenade outside. The ping pong tables are finally in a place whhere they are not bothered by the wind of the ship. The putt putt course was fun and the slides were great. Wish there were more slides to slide down with my kids! The food was good, but I wish Carnival would offer more desert choices each night instead of the same 3 every night and two or three rotating offerings. Cabins are the same as every other ship, same colors, sizes and storage space. Did not like the move of the safe to under the counter, I enjoyed having the safe higher so it was easier to access. We enjoy the art program at sea and really liked the size of the gallery on this ship (the Dream is the only Carnival ship with an actual art gallery). It was very large and allowed many paintings to be shown in a location other than the hallway. It was too bad that the auction was in the night club as this seemed to limit the size of the crowd. Other ships use the aft night club and this tends to allow more people to attend and be more comfortable during the auction. The pizza on this ship was the BEST pizza I have had on any of my 12 Carnival Cruises. I hope what they were doing on this ship has made its way to the other ships in the fleet. NEEDED- Guys Burgers and the Buritto Bar. The old grill is getting tiresome and those two fun ship 2.0 addtions are desperately needed on this ship.Overall this was not our best cruise and it wasn't by far our worst cruise. It will keep us coming back to Carnival. Don't expect to be wow'd or amazed if you have several cruises wtih Carnival or any other line. Simply put it was a Good Vacation and exactly what we expected. THANK YOU CARNIVAL...

Cabin Review

Cabin 9A

First time on Deck 11 and we loved it. The only problem was during the day all the kids running to the slide made a little noise in our room, but not enough to cause discomfort or upset us. The stateroom was very quiet at night and very comfortable. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was, well a typical carnival bathroom.
