A brief review on our 25th Anniversary Cruise. This was our 12th cruise, 11 with RCCL and it was the best thus far. We arrived at 2:30 and were in our room in 15 minutes. Disembarking was the same. We walked out of our room with luggage in hand at 6:30 and were in a cab in 15 minutes.

We were in a Grand Suite, 10654 and the amenities were outstanding. We have traveled in a Grand Suite before, but had never taken advantage of many things. The Concierge service by Allan and Israel was FIRST CLASS. They worked harder than anyone we have encountered thus far and made our cruise fantastic. They booked our shows, ordered dinners for us(which we ate each night on our deck) and even gave my wife a complimentary massage after the one we had paid for was terrible. We had lunch each day in the Concierge Club and met many people. The Diamond Club was also a wonderful experience with Carolina as hostess. The Diamond Club overlooks the Promenade and offered the same snacks and drinks as the Concierge Club. The shows were outstanding, see them all and you won't be disappointed. RCCL now charges a daily per person rate on your Sea Pass card for gratuity. If you don't eat in the Main Dining Room you need to opt out of this, or you will be charged. Great food, great service, great time.

Thanks RCCL for a great Silver Anniversary Trip!
