Our return to DCL (cruise number 4) after the adventure of doing B2B on the Dream during Hurricane Irene in August 2011. We had cabins 8678/8680. Father-in-law who cruises with us was in 8680 (technically he is along to spend time with the grand-daughters - I try not to take it personally). This was our spring break cruise with our girls (8 and 4) and DW's birthday.

Stops: St. Thomas. San Juan. Castaway Cay. Father-in-law wasn't feeling well so we didn't actually do or see much in either St. Thomas or San Juan. In both cases we were off the ship less than 2 hours. What we did see we liked and we will definitely have to go back to explore some more. FIL stayed on the ship on Castaway Cay day. Water was a little cool but we spent 4 hours on the beach and had a great time.

Cabins: Great location. Aft starboard cabins. Close to the aft stairs. Great views of Castaway Cay beach. Couple of decks up or down to get to everything. Cabins directly above and below. Only issue was the vibration of the ship. First time in 5 cruises I have ever felt it and it was esp. a problem at night. Bothered me more than anyone else so if you are sensitive to vibration get a cabin towards mid-ship.
