Check-in in New York is always a bit chaotic, but managed it to get on Board in under 1 hour after dropping our bags (the ship came in late due to bad weather). Lisa our Concierge, picked us actually up at the pier and we were 1st on Board.

We immediately went to our Penthouse, what cute and comfortable room that was! The layout is just perfect for this kind of cruising! A living and dining room separated by a sliding door to the bedroom and most beautiful bathroom I have ever seen on a ship (corner Jacuzzi tub and huge shower with excellent views over the ocean)! The usual amenities like welcome Champagne, fresh flowers, bathrobes, fresh fruits and exclusive new Spa Toiletries (they discontinued the Le'Occitaine) from Denise France in big bottles, Canapes and welcome letters have been presented in our suite.

The ship is laid out just perfect and everything is very easy to find, she is very elegant and excellently maintained and clean (I have also read some of the reviews on here and I do not know, where you found dirt or trash on the ship).
