Azura Cruise Review by jjohnboy32
- Sail Date: April 2013
- Destination: British Isles & Western Europe
- Cabin Type: Balcony Stateroom
Check in opened at 11am and we were quickly processed and on ship by 11:45am. We went to look at our room and it was ready for us!! The Steward was there and said we go in - Fantastic...
The ship is big and you can get easily lost on going up and down the stairs to find the bar you actually wanted to get too. The public areas were clean and well staffed.
We opted for a balcony room on the Riveria Deck (Deck 14). The room was large enough for 2 with a comfy bed and loads of hanging space.
What I felt disappointed with was that we went on the Ventura a few months ago and the Azura is the same? Albeit newer but layout the same. It didn't feel that we were on a different ship....
The Tender to Guernsey was ok and well organised. All in all a good cruise on a good ship. Staff could do with some charm school teachings though.
