Just returned from a 7 day cruise on the Pride of America ship, after reading all the negative reviews was a bit apprehensive, but wanted a hawaiian cruise and decided to do it anyway.............first of all it was not all bad..........some very good, and a few bad issues:

Embarkation: Excellent, process took no more than 10 minutes........very pleased with that process

SHip: Nice appearance, workers were so very helpful and friendly, did not meet any rude or unhappy workers, if they were, you could not tell, i spoke to members of the staff while they were clearing tables, and everyone was very nice. Read more
