Compact, clean, comfortable, reasonably new looking bathroom - plenty storage - plenty hangers - almost soundproof from noise in other rooms, hallway. Very low level noise could be heard from dining room above when setting up tables early morning but not enough to disturb sleep. Extra doona found in room - very appreciated as like a lofty cover!
