Our Hawaiian cruise was satisfactory except for the short time in ports. Having to return to the ship at 5 pm really puts a damper on the time spent to enjoy the islands. In Honolulu we had to return by 11 pm which was ample time to tour the sights. The ship was comfortable and the seas were fine except for 2 nights when the sea got a little rough.

Dining in the formal dining rooms was much better than the on deck buffet. We have notice a lowering in the quality of the buffet food. It wasn't as good as the last cruises we took on Princess. We were disappointed that there was no midnight buffet prior to the last day of the cruise. However, I must congratulate the staff on excellent friendly service. Our room attendant was the best and so was all the other staff members we met especially the servers in the dining room.

During the cruise we had one unruly group on deck who drank and acted quite inappropriate using foul language. You'll always get one on any cruise who can't behave themselves. The ships security personnel spoke to them and after that they cooled down considerably. Overall, the cruise was as advertised with plenty to do during the day and good entertainment at night.

Cabin Review

Cabin space too small for 4 people. Need more clothing and luggage storage area. Bathroom adequate.

Would recommend an accordion door between the bedroom and the bathroom area for privacy while dressing when other people are in room.
