I was on the NCL Dawn in October, and felt it was lacking in the 'FUN' dept. This was probably because it was a cold weather Canada cruise, but I was hoping the Jewel experience would be different. We were not disappointed!

There were many spring breakers and families with children on the Jewel during our March 17 trip, but everyone was well behaved and having a good time. The spring breakers did tend to take over 2 of the hot tubs, but no one really seemed to mind. I don't think anyone else was dying to get in them since 10-15 kids were in each one for most of the day, drinking non-stop for hours...and never once getting out to go to the bathroom. Hmmm.

The shows were all good, the comedian was very funny! We also watched a couple of games that were very entertaining - Battle of the Sexes trivia (hilarious!)and Quest(insane!!! Don't miss this one!!) Read more
