I am so disapointed with Thompson's this is our third Thompson cruise and last with them, they are penny pinching on the things that matter? My point being the chocs off the pillow at night have gone how disapointing is that, the fluffy blue towels have been replaced with off white worn towels, the toiletries are non existant.

The food was not up to the usual standard, and 15.00 pound for a safety box, also charge for washing clothes 15.00 a bag, tip go to 1st floor and wash own 2.00 dryer and iron free.

The way you come into the Lido Lounge to eat is silly people line up both ends, but it takes a few days to click onto this and the set out of the food leaves people streaming up and down in all different directions drove me barmy. And as for seats its a race to get a table the room is far too small for the amount of passengers. The sun beds were of poor quality and not enough room on deck to sit. The pool very small.

Cabin Review
