embarkation to ship was great....maybe it was because i am platinum status...10 carnival cruises out of 16 total cruises...room was oceanview and nice as expected except i could smell a slight sewer smell in bathroom...bed was comfortable...cabin steward was great...

THE BAD SIDE: the buffet food was comparable to country buffet....and it never changed...lines were long always....then after you stand in long line you had to stand in another line for iced tea and the ice machine in that line was down 1/2 of the time....watch out for that cheese sauce that is tasteless and watered down!!!!24 hour pizza was slow also and tasted very plain...nothing special there...THE DINING ROOM: nice wait staff...BUT...the food was room temperture, the meling choclate cake was liquid...the deserts all tasted diet...the baby back ribs were GREAT...(wow)..

the entertainment was good after dinner...the fun day at sea was boring... only boring trivia there was nothing to do except spend money at the casino, in the gift shop,or photo gallery..they had 2 great comedians..why couldnt they entertain us on the boring day at sea? oh and the park west art auction only gave us ONE GLASS of champagne....the auction lasts 2 hours!!!!the ports of call were okay cozumel and key west...i think that after 16 cruises they kinda start looking alike...
