Travelled from the UK for our first cruise, Stayed 3 nights in Miami Beach Resort & Spa (See Trip advisor review) before transfer to FL on Sunday Very easy embarkation lots of people to help you first impressions of ship was excellent, room steward was very helpful and gave all the answers we needed. Room very nice very clean and tidy, beds were very comfy. no problems with anything in the room during cruise.

Waiting staff were very friendly and mostly helpful in all the restaurants and bars. The shows and entertainment were great with lots to do on board and the Lotus Spa although expensive was very good. Entertainment staff were the best we have seen on all holidays we have been on. Especially Dave from england.

The cost of all the alcohol on board is quite expensive at around $6 per bottle of bud. Gratuities are added to all alcohol prices. There is a standard gratuity charge of $12 per person per day added to your account but this can be waived if required by requesting at customer services on the ship and you just tip the persons that have looked after your during your trip. Photos are taken all the time but you don't have to purchase but they at very expensive at $24.99 per picture. If they were $10 each then we would have purchased a lot more. Read more
