Traveled with children

We traveled with a group of 7 which included (4) adults (35-43_& (3) children (14-17 in age). Our embarkation from the Tampa port was very well organized and the staff was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable.

We stay in balcony rooms and they were very clean and inviting. A little advise....splurge for the balcony room that does not have an obstructed view....it will matter!! The bathrooms on this ship are much bigger than others that i have been on. Our cabin steward left a little to be desired. He was very inconsistent and did not clean our room until well after 9:00pm every night. if he was there when we came back after dinner (late seating), he would ask us how long we would be and some what push us out of the room. I do not believe that his behavior is reflective for other cabin stewards...our friends was great and did special things each night. it actually became a running joke between us!

Dinners were nice. The food was average. The desserts on this ship were better than most ships. The Reuben at the New York Deli buffet is a MUST. My husband truly enjoyed that fact that there is 24 hour soft serve icecream.
