We arrived in Venice the night before the cruise. Stayed at Hotel Belle Epoque, very easy to get to from the airport and fantastic value for money. Only 85Euros for the 2 of us.

Getting to the port in Venice was a piece of cake!! a free shuttle from PZ Roma took us there in a few minutes, once in the terminal it took us 5 minutes to check in and we were on board at 12.30. We only had carry ons so were able to deposit our luggage in the cabin right away.

We requested this particular cabin as we knew it was an excellent midship location. Ours was a late booking and a brilliant deal. (it helps too that my daughter is a travel agent!!) Our cabin attendant Chris was very good and most helpful. Read more
