We are sooooo addicted to cruising now! The Sensation was perfect. My only complaint is that a 4-night cruise is too short.

Background: This was a first cruise for my husband and me. We originally booked the Elation for early December but due to some changes at work we had to transfer our reservation to an earlier cruise. We only had 10 days to plan. We are 27 years old with one 2-year old daughter who stayed at home with Grandma and Granddaddy. We were celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary.

Pre-cruise: We drove from Atlanta the day before. It took 7 hours to get there and 9 hours back (traffic and rain). We stayed at the Ramada in Cocoa the night before the cruise. I would not recommend this hotel. It was in need of repairs and could have been a lot cleaner. But, we booked last minute (Labor Day weekend) and the price was right. We only spent a short time there anyway. We decided to go on Sterling Casino Cruises from 7pm to 1am the night we arrived in Port Canaveral. We have always wanted to go on a casino cruise and we had fun but getting a good night's sleep before we boarded the Sensation would have been a better idea.
