Our room was not as clean as I would have liked it. There was mold growing in the shower area. The food was not that great and it always seemed like they were trying to sell me something. That got old after the 2nd day

Staff was friendly but the language barrier was hard to navigate. Several times we tried to get some information but were not successful. Just no way to communicate.

My SeaPass account was overbilled by $400.00. They double charged me on some drinks, tried to correct twice - finally the third time my account was credited. In addition another passenger (with the same last name) charges got billed to my account. They had a hard time understanding that the other persons charges were not mine. Good advice - check you account prior to the last day. The line at the Purser's desk was long as folks were trying to get off the boat.
