EMBARKATION: Extremely easy. We decided to park without dropping off the luggage since we noticed dozens of luggage carts available in lot. From the parking lot, on the left hand side, walking towards the terminal we asked one of the staff where we should drop off the luggage. He said he would take care of it. We were on the ship in less than 5 minutes since we pre-registered online and there were no lines. We went directly up to the Horizon Court for lunch. Right after we decided to go to our cabin. Our luggage was at our door. We were very surprised.

FOOD: We always do the Personal Choice for convenience. On the first night we got lucky and had a fantastic waiter and his co-server in the DaVincis dining room. We decided to use them for the rest of our trip. We told the head Maitre d' that we wanted Frances every night at 6pm. Never had a problem. Our table 417 was always available. The menu is set to please just about everyone. From seafood, poultry, beef, vegetarian. Plus a variety of standbys. The French onion soup, lobster, prime ribs, king crab legs, avocado seafood appetizer, yogurt peach soup, and of course the Princess Love Boat dream and Trio Mousse desserts were exceptional. Horizon Courts breakfast was much to be desired. This is buffet food and thats to be expected. Fruits were always fresh and ripe. French toast and pancakes were a little crusty. Toast machine did not toast at all. We decided to have breakfast in the main dining room one day only to find out that it closes at 9:30 in the morning. So, on another day we were up early enough to go. We found out that its exactly the same food served in the Horizon Court. Nothing different. That was disappointing. Room service was extremely fast. Ordered coffee, sandwich and those fabulous cookies and within 10 minutes it was at my cabin.
