Let me say this was my first cruise ever... And I loved it so much that we have already started looking to book next year.... The staff was wonderful and the entertainment was out of this world.... I just honestly don't know how the Victory could have a bad review... Unless you didn't involve yourself in all activities...... Two thumbs up for Carnival.

The only disappointment was the Hilton Miami.... Carnival should really look at other hotels.... The staff was rude with most of us.... Even told some excited passengers to quiet down in the lobby..... Not very good customer service in my books......
