Just returned on July 2 cruise. Wonderful time. Tampa port was great to leave from. only 15 min from airport. Carnival transfers were 18 pp saw airport shuttle for 9 pp, but with five of us it was cheaper to take a taxi at baggage claim outside door. $25 including tip.

Got to port at 11:15 and easy check in no wait in lines. Got on ship at 12:30 and went to lunch at Lido and in room at 1:30. First thing we did was a ship tour at 2:30 and muster drill at 3:30.

Had early dinner at 5:45 and first night after we ordered meal went to deck at 6:20 to see Sunshine Bridge. Returned to dinner and ate. Read more
