This is my review of our 8-day NCL Spirit cruise from 6/306-6/11/06.

Preface:

After this vacation I never, ever go on vacation with my brother-in-law and his family again. They were never on time for dinner reservations or leaving the ship. We would wait and wait. They showed up at 7 pm for a 6:30 pm dinner reservation at Le Bistro. They would constantly tell us that they needed just 2 more minutes, which stretched to 10 minutes. Eventually, we learned our lesson, making our own dinner reservations and leaving the ship without them. Yes, they had 2 kids (3 year old and 18 month old), but there were 4 adults (mom, dad and two grandmothers). Even the grandmothers got fed up and left for dinner at Raffles without them. The 3 year old was infamous for running amok in Raffles. Our apologies to all the people at Raffles he ran into. OK, enough about the ranting.
