Traveled with children

To start this was our 8th cruise, 3rd with young children (5 & 3). Past cruises include RC, Carnival and Princess. We chose this cruise because of price, # of days (10) and timing. We cruise with my family members (6 adults 4 young children.

Embarkation - Because of past experience we chose to get to the NY pier at about 2:30, paperwork stated embarkation began at 2:00 P.M.. We figured we would basically walk right on, because most people get to the pier early. Well we were very wrong. It took about 2 hours from entry to pier to getting on board.

Cabin - Our cabin was 11176 it did the job. We had a queen and a couch that pulled out to make a double for the children. The pull out was as hard as a rock. The bathroom was larger than in the past. Bath tub and separate toilet area, nice touch. The room creaked a lot at night. The balcony was nice full glass front.
