This was me and my boyfriend's second cruise vacation with Royal Caribbean. We arrived to the ship very early on the day of embarkation and they let us board at about 11:00am. This was nice because we were able to eat lunch at the Windjammer and then relax in the Jacuzzi with a tropical cocktail!

Our rooms were ready at 1:00pm and by then we were ready for a nap. My least favorite part of the trip was our room. We had an extremely small inside cabin and we found it hard for two adults with a lot of luggage to get ready at the same time. For the most part we spent very little time in our room so it wasnt a huge problem. My recommendation for future travelers would to book a bigger room or only bring one or two suitcases.

The shore excursions we booked were amazing. In Grand Cayman we went on the Stingray City Swim & Snorkel. It was so much fun to feed and swim with the stingrays. We booked the 2:00pm excursion and I would not recommend this because it was supposed to be a 3 hour excursion but the last tender was at 5:00pm and the ship was supposed to leave at 5:30pm. This resulted in the tour company rushing the trip to make sure we would get back to the ship in time. By time we got back there was a huge line of people waiting to board the tenders and we were just about the last people on line. We did not get on board until 5:45pm and we were scheduled for dinner at 6:00pm. Lets just say Ive never gotten ready that quick in my entire life! I would recommend doing excursions early in the morning so that there is no rush to get on board and get to dinner.
