This was our first and the last cruise with this company. There are not too many good things we can say about this company. Before I elaborate further, I have talked to many people who have cruised with company before and they all said "Sounds familiar". So, it was not just "Rotterdam" we were very unhappy about, this seems to be normal for this company.
We arrived in Rio and boarding was fine and th ship seemed to be O.K. Nice decoration, flowers etc. we were impressed. This was just the begriming.
The food was awful from the very first day . The buffet was no better. For 20 days hardly any change in either place, dining or buffet. They cleverly changed the names of dishes but it was the same low quality food day after day. Believe it or not, rotten fruits, yes rotten fruits of poor quality to begin with were served.
