I took this trip with nine other family members. It was the worst experience I have had on a Carnival cruise. I've been on about 10 Carnival cruises over the years and this one is at the bottom of my list.
Embarkation: Pleasant surprise. Short line with friendly service. Although I'm not sure why I filled out a FUN PASS, they took the same information placed in the computer. Once past the gate things slowed down. Why wait 40 minutes in a long line for a picture that I didn't want to purchase or have taken. This is not to be mistaken for the security picture, but the cute shot with the Valor in the background.
Room Service: No problem. Good stewart who met all of my needs.
